To make a call
Dial the access number and at the voice prompt, dial the full international number, including country code.
If you are making a call to a fixed line, use the Landline Access number and if you are making a call to a mobile phone, use the Mobile Access number.

Please note:
If your phone provider does not allow you to call our access numbers as part of your inclusive bundle/minutes then you will be charged at a rate of 13 pence per minute plus your phone company's access charge for calling 0870 numbers.
If you are in doubt please check with your provider prior to making a call or make a short call for less than a minute and check on your online bill calls breakdown to ensure that calls are inclusive.
If you are being charged for calls to 0845 or 0870 numbers it is often still be cheaper for you to make international calls using our service compared to direct calls via your phone company.
Most landlines providers charge for inclusive calls which are longer than 60 minutes, that's for any type of number not just the 0845 and 0870 numbers. If you are making a long call please hang up after 59 minutes and re-dial.
Do not exceed 1000 minutes per month or 100 calls per month as your provider may charge you if you exceed those limits.

Unlimited Anytime Calls: Calls to 0845 and 0870 numbers are included at all times, every day of the week
Calls must be less than an hour long, or standard charges will apply. You can avoid these charges by hanging up and redialling.

You can make up to 200 minutes of calls to numbers that start with 084 and 087 by using EE's pay monthly add on. Details of this add on can be found here.
Vodafone Pay Monthly Customers:
For £2.50 per month you can get 300 minutes to call 084 and 087 numbers.
