Instant Dial Access Numbers

How do I make a call?
Dial the access number for the country you wish to call. At the prompt, dial the full international number start with 00 and followed by the country code and #.
Do I need to open an account?
No, there are no accounts to open. Simply dial the access number and then make an international call.
How do I pay for the calls I make?
Your service provider will charge you for calling our access numbers, there are no further charges from us.
Do your call charges include VAT?
Yes, all of the charges shown on our website include VAT.
Can I use your instant dial access numbers from my mobile phone?
Our access numbers will work from all of the major UK mobile networks.
I do not have a BT landline, can I still use your service?
Yes, our service works from most UK landlines.
Does the person I'm calling get charged also?
If they are not normally charged to receive a call, then they will not be charged if they are called using our access numbers. If you are calling a mobile phone that is roaming in another country, then that person receiving the call will be charged in the normal way.
Can I use your service while travelling overseas?
No, unfortunately our services will only work from the United Kingdom
I have received my telephone bill and I was charged more than the advertised rate, why was this?
The rate advertised on our website is the charge for using our service, from 1st July 2015 Ofcom changed the way these calls are charged. Your phone company will add their own access change for dialling numbers beginning 084, 087 and 09. Please contact your phone company regarding these charges.

I am having problems using your service, what should I do?
We always aim to provide the best quality connections at the lowest price. If, however you do experience problems using our service, please use the contact us form and provide the following information;
  • Access number you are using
  • The number you are calling from
  • International number you are trying to call
  • The nature of the problem (e.g. cannot connect, poor connection)
  • If you cannot connect, can you hear any announcements or tones?

SMS Top-up

How can I make a cheap calls from my mobile phone?
You can pay for international calling credit using a text message. It's like using a calling card but without the inconvenience of having to go and buy one.
How can I buy international calling credit to use from my mobile phone?
Simply send a text message containing the word CALL to the relevant shortcode number to buy calling credit. If you are having problems sending a text to our top-up number, you may need to check with your service provider to ensure that they have not blocked short code numbers from your handset.
We will automatically top you up with £5.00 credit if you are a user of the 81616 code or with £10.00 credit if you are a user of the 65656 code, before your calling credit is about to run out. To cancel Automatic Top-Up feature, text STOP at any time.
I have received my confirmation message, how do I make a call?
Once you have received you confirmation text message, simply dial the access number and then enter the international number started with 00 and followed by the country code.
Important: once you have entered your international number do NOT press the green send key on your mobile phone. This will cause the international call to go directly over your mobile network and they will charge you for the call. We cannot accept responsibility for any charges incurred.
Can I use this service from any mobile network?
Our service works from all of the major UK mobile networks except Virgin Mobile. If you wish to call from another network, please use our Paypal top-up service.
Vodafone users can only make a call from the phone they used to buy the top up from.
What am I charged for using this service?
We charge you at the advertised rate for the country you wish to call. There are no connection / disconnection charges or daily maintenance fees.
If you wish to call using the 0800 access number there is a surcharge of 5 pence per minute.
Will I be charged for dialling your access number?
This service uses a UK national access number, you can call this access number as part of your inclusive minutes where applicable. If you do not have any inclusive minutes, your service provider will charge you their standard UK call rate or you cna use our 0800 access number which is free from mobile phones, there is a 5 pence per minute surcharge for calls made using this number.
I want to call from another phone (not the one I topped up with), is this possible?
You can make a call from any phone using the PIN provided.
Please note that Vodafone users can only make a call from the phone they used to buy the top up from.
How long does my international calling credit last?
You credit lasts for 90 days from date of last top-up. If you top-up again subsequently you get 90 days on all unused credit.
I sent a top-up request but haven't received a confirmation message, what should I do?
Requests are normally processed in a matter of minutes, sometimes they do take a little longer. If you haven't received a confirmation message within a 2 hours, please send us a message using the contact us form.
We do not advise sending another top-up request as you may receive multiple top-ups.
I have been charged by my mobile service provider for an international call I made using your service, why is this?
The only way this can happen is if you press the green send button on your mobile phone after you have entered the international number. We do tell you not to do this as we cannot be held responsible for any charges incurred.

Calling using Paypal Top-up

I don't have a Paypal account, can I still use this service?
Yes, you can pay for your top-up using a Credit or debit card. Just click the checkout with Paypal button and fill in your details.
I want to call from another phone (not the one I topped up with), is this possible?
Yes, we provide a PIN that can be used from any phone including Payphones. If you are calling from a landline and don't have any UK minutes included, we can provide a freephone access number (0800). Calls using this number are surcharged at 5 pence per minute.
Once I have received my confirmation message, how do I make a call?
To make a call from the mobile number you entered
1. Dial 0344 545 0034 or 0800 619 1007
2. At the prompt enter the number you wish to call starting with 00 and followed by the country code and #


To make a call from any other phone

How long does my credit last?
Credit will expire 90 days after the last top-up was made. You can extend this time by topping up again before your credit expires, all unused creidt will last another 90 days from the top-up date.
Is there a limit to the amount of top-ups I can do?
Yes, there is a limit of £20 per day and £120 per month. If you a higher top-up amount, please send us a message using the contact us form and we will try and accomodate your requirements.
Will I be charged for dialling your access number?
This service uses a UK national access number (beginning 03), you can call these access numbers as part of your inclusive minutes where applicable. If you do not have any inclusive minutes, your service provider will charge you their standard UK call rate. Alternatively you can use our freephone access number which is surcharged at a rate of 5 pence per minute.
